Fifth & Baylor

Completed in 2008, Fifth & Baylor marked the third phase in the redevelopment of the Market District. The 87,000 square foot building features a rooftop garden and sits at the center of one of Austin’s most walkable retail corridors, drawing a mix of national home and lifestyle brands. Today, it remains fully leased, with tenants including West Elm, Tempur-Pedic, JETSET Pilates, BLVD on 5th Dentistry, Ann Sacks, and Whole Foods offices.
