Fourth & Lamar

Completed in 2012, Fourth Lamar represents the fourth phase in the redevelopment of the Market District. A 25,000 square foot, three story mixed-use building, Fourth Lamar sits on what was previously a car dealership. In addition to being the headquarters for Schlosser Development, Fourth Lamar is also home to a Fidelity Investments, SkinSpirit, and LasikPlus.
