Treaty Oak Square

Treaty Oaks Square are two buildings located on West 6th Street in the Market District at the epicenter of Ausin culture and innovation. The building was previously home to the Austin ISD.  With the purchase of the property, Schlosser fully redesigned the original building and added an additional building to the site.  

The buildings pay homage to the Treaty Oak, the last surviving member of the Council Oaks…a grove of 14 trees that served as a sacred meeting place for Comanche and Tonkawa tribes. The tree, just steps from the buildings, is estimated to be over 500 years old.

The buildings total over 142,000 square feet of office, 7,300 square feet of retail, and a 5,800 square foot restaurant.
