Fifth & Lamar

Built in 1999, Fifth Lamar Retail is a 70,000 square foot mixed-use retail building in downtown Austin, developed as the first phase of downtown’s Market District. The site was previously home to two car dealerships before SDC’s redevelopment turned the corridor into a retail hub, setting up the company’s expansion in the area. Fifth Lamar Retail has been home to anchor tenant Lifetime Fitness it’s build, alongside Office Depot, Starbuck’s, and the Laura Rathe Fine Art Gallery.
