McAllen Pavilion

McAllen Pavilion is a 260,000-square-foot retail center positioned at the intersection of US 83 and McColl Road, in one of South Texas’s most active retail corridors. McAllen’s status as a primary U.S. port of entry to Mexico gives national retailers here access to a steady cross-border customer base most U.S. retail centers can’t match. Current tenants include Burlington, DSW, PetSmart, Kirkland’s, Stanton Optical, T-Mobile, and Leslie’s Pool Supplies. SDC completed a full remodel of the center in 2016, repositioning it to capture demand in one of Texas’s fastest-growing metro areas.
