Developers filing again for SouthPark development, shedding protest petition
Schlosser Development Corp. and Synco Properties Inc. file a new rezoning request with feedback from the surrounding neighborhoods. The new request features changes to a planned office building, plans to make improvements to roads between the development and Runymede Lane, and a designation of 5% of planned housing going to individuals earning less than the average area median income.
